Prothena presents pipeline update highlighting two partnered Phase 3 programs
PRTA•Prothena achieved a $50 million Phase 3 enrollment milestone for partnered coramitug. Its partnerships have generated $650 million to date, with approximately $2.25 billion in potential downstream milestones across three programs.
1. Pipeline milestones
Prothena said Phase 3 trials of prasinezumab for Parkinson’s disease and coramitug for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy are ongoing, with completion expected in 2029. Its Phase 2 trial of Alzheimer’s treatment moponetug is expected to complete in the first half of 2027.
