Provident Financial names former FDIC examiner Michael Regan to board

Provident Financial Services appointed Michael E. Regan to its board, effective July 30, 2026.
Regan also joined the board of Provident Bank, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
He previously spent more than 35 years at the FDIC, most recently as a senior bank examiner focused on governance, risk, capital, liquidity.
