Prudent Growth Partners buys Somerset Shoppes retail center in Alabama for $3.7 million

Located on Atlanta Highway, the center has exposure to about 22,436 vehicles per day within a corridor anchored by major retailers.

The value-add plan targets lease-up of two vacant end-cap spaces totaling 4,000 square feet.

Prudent Growth Partners completed a $3.7 million acquisition of Somerset Shoppes, a 27,250-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Montgomery, Alabama.

The property, built in 2003, is 85% leased to nine tenants focused on service-oriented uses such as dining, fitness and personal care.
