Prudential cut its deemed stake in Binastra through the disposal of 794,400 ordinary shares on Oct. 9, 2026. Its deemed interest fell to 84,551,700 shares, equal to 7.72% of issued stock. The shares were held through Eastspring Al-Wara' Investments’ managed funds.
