1. FERC Order Rejecting Settlement Spurs $100M Refund

PSE&G successfully argued that a proposed PJM settlement would unfairly shift transmission costs onto its customers, leading FERC to reject the settlement and direct a full recalculation of cost assignments back to 2015. The utility estimates approximately $100 million in refunds for the 2020–2022 period alone, with additional savings to be determined as recalculations extend further back.
