PSQ shares rise after EveryLife sale agreement
Shares of digital platform PSQ Holdings rise nearly 8% to about $3.3180 after the company says it has entered a definitive agreement to sell its direct-to-consumer diaper and baby products brand EveryLife to FreeHold Brands for $5.5 million in an all-cash deal.
