PTCT•PTC to buy ST-920 gene therapy program from Sangamo
Aug. 12 (Reuters) - PTC Therapeutics, Inc. PTCT.O said it will expand its rare disease portfolio with the acquisition of the BLA-stage ST-920 Fabry disease program.
- PTC Therapeutics will buy the ST-920 gene therapy for Fabry disease from Sangamo.
- Deal terms include $111 million upfront and up to $100 million in milestone payments.
- A rolling BLA submission for ST-920 is expected to complete in Q4 2026.
