Board changes effective Sept. 1

PTL said independent director Wai Hong Lin will resign effective Aug. 31, 2026, citing personal reasons.

The board will appoint Chun Kit Yu as an independent director effective Sept. 1, 2026, and he will serve as audit committee chair.

Yu is financial controller and company secretary at Boltek Holdings since 2018, with more than 15 years in finance and accounting. He previously served as executive director and interim CFO at SuperX AI Technology from August 2024 to May 2026.
