Public Storage priced USD 900 million of senior notes in two tranches, issued by Public Storage Operating Co. with a parent guarantee.
- USD 400 million 4.7% senior notes due 2032, priced at 99.283% of par; interest paid Feb. 1 and Aug. 1 starting Feb. 1, 2027.
- USD 500 million 5.15% senior notes due 2036, priced at 98.553% of par; interest paid Feb. 15 and Aug. 15 starting Feb. 15, 2027.
