PureCycle Technologies appointed Fernando Musa executive chairman, effective November 3, 2026, replacing Dan Coombs, who stepped down as chairman.

PureCycle Technologies appointed Fernando Musa executive chairman, effective November 3, 2026, replacing Dan Coombs, who stepped down as chairman. Musa has served on the board since 2021 and was lead independent director from 2021 to 2022.

2. Musa’s role and background

Musa will advise PureCycle’s commercial and finance teams to support execution of strategic objectives. He was Braskem’s global CEO from 2016 to 2019 after leading Braskem America from 2012 to 2016.
