PureCycle’s Ironton facility produced a record 7.5 million pounds in Q4 and achieved successful rate tests at 12,500 and 14,000 pounds per hour, while commissioning phase two compounding. The plant will undergo a scheduled maintenance outage from mid-April to mid-May, and Denver increased feedstock processing by 44% to 14 million pounds with a third shift.

The company reported $2.7 million in Q4 revenue, marking the fourth straight quarter of sequential growth, and reduced feedstock procurement costs by $0.06 per pound. PureCycle is shipping to 11 customers, with over 170 active projects, and has begun monetizing co-products at prices ranging from $0.03 to $0.25 per pound.

3. Regulatory Approvals and Expansion Plans

PureCycle material is approved for food-grade use in Oregon, Colorado, California, Washington and Europe, with New Jersey approvals pending through DEP collaboration. International expansions include nine feedstock LOIs for the Rayong, Thailand facility—targeting H2 2026 groundbreaking and an eight-year tax holiday—and on-track permits for Antwerp.

4. Leadership Changes and Board Additions

Donald Carpenter will succeed Jaime Vasquez as CFO on March 1 to maintain continuity in finance operations, and the board expanded with Dr. Siri and Valerie Mars joining as independent directors.
