Purple Biotech announces annual shareholder meeting

Purple Biotech will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Rehovot, Israel on Sept. 8, 2026.

• Shareholders will vote on electing Gil Efron and Yael Margolin as second-class directors, with terms running to the 2029 annual meeting.
• A separate vote will cover compensation for Efron as executive director and head of corporate development, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
• Investors will also vote on adopting an amended compensation policy for executive officers and directors for a three-year term.
