Purple Innovation risks Nasdaq delisting after publicly held share value falls below $15 million
PRPL•Purple Innovation received a Nasdaq notice after the market value of its publicly held shares stayed below $15 million for 30 consecutive business days. Its shares remain listed during a 180-day cure period through March 29, 2026.
1. Nasdaq compliance notice
Purple Innovation said Nasdaq flagged its failure to meet the minimum market value requirement for publicly held shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. To regain compliance, the value must be at least $15 million for 10 consecutive business days. If the company does not cure the deficiency, it could receive a delisting notice, pursue an appeal or apply to transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
