Pursuit said there are no immediate changes planned to operations, leadership, staffing, or guest experience.
The company expects to add marketing scale and commercial resources to support longer-term growth.

Pursuit Attractions acquired Victoria, British Columbia-based whale-watching operator Eagle Wing Tours, entering the Vancouver Island tourism market.
The transaction closed July 14, 2026.
