Q32 Bio posted positive 36-week topline results from Part B of its Phase 2a SIGNAL-AA trial of bempikibart in severe alopecia areata.

• The primary endpoint showed a 35.3% mean reduction in SALT score from baseline in the prespecified mITT analysis.
• SALT-20 response reached 40% in mITT and 30.3% in ITT.
