1. Quarterly results and programs
Research and development expenses rose 42% to $5.1 million, while general and administrative expenses climbed 38% to $5.5 million. Q32 Bio expects to begin a registration-directed bempikibart program for severe or very severe alopecia areata in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory discussions. In SIGNAL-AA’s 16-week off-drug follow-up, bempikibart responses were maintained or deepened, supporting the potential for less frequent maintenance dosing.
