QDM International completes acquisition of Hong Kong broker MCM Wealth Management

QDM International completed the acquisition of MCM Wealth Management (Hong Kong), taking 100% of the equity interests in the licensed insurance brokerage.

MCM’s license covers general insurance and investment-linked insurance business, expanding QDM’s ability to offer products tied to funds, assets, or indices.

The deal adds an established client base and resources, supporting broader product coverage and more tailored insurance solutions.

QDM expects stronger bargaining power with insurers, deeper client coverage, a wider market footprint, and changes to team structure and sales strategy.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, insurance brokerage revenue rose 179.2%, referral revenue increased 25.5%, gross margin was 53.6%, cash exceeded USD 10 million, and debt was zero.
