QEP acquires Spray-Lock assets, expands adhesives platform

The deal expands QEP’s adhesives platform with patented spray-applied technology, proprietary formulations, technical expertise, domestic manufacturing, and customer relationships.

Spray-Lock operations were folded into QEP’s North American business; integration is expected to support product-line scaling and service continuity.

QEP completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Spray-Lock on Sept. 1, 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

Spray-Lock develops and manufactures aerosol spray adhesives for flooring and wall applications, including water-based, low-VOC formulations.
