Qfin Holdings names Yan Zheng CEO, replacing Haisheng Wu

Qfin named Yan Zheng chief executive officer and a director, effective Sept. 21, 2026, replacing Haisheng Wu.
Wu stepped down as CEO, director and compensation committee member to focus on developing the company’s international business.
Zheng previously served as vice president since 2017 and chief risk officer since 2020; he has 18 years in consumer finance risk management.
