Qiagen names new chief executive

Qiagen named Jonathan M. Pratt chief executive, effective Sept. 1, 2026, replacing Thierry Bernard.

Pratt was president and CEO of Filtration Group, leading its sale to Parker-Hannifin in August 2026. He previously held senior roles at Waters, including senior vice president of the Waters Division, led Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, and worked at Pall.

Bernard will step down as CEO and managing director, supporting the transition through year-end.
