QTREX gets Nasdaq notice for breaching $1 minimum bid price rule
QTEX•QTREX Quantum received a Nasdaq notice after its shares closed below $1 from Aug. 20 through Oct. 1, and must regain compliance by April 3, 2027.

Nasdaq gave QTREX Quantum 180 days, through April 3, 2027, to regain compliance by closing at or above $1 for 10 consecutive business days. Shares closed above $1 for six straight sessions from Oct. 2 through Oct. 9.
