Quaint Oak Bancorp names Ray S. Greenberg to board, taps him for audit committee

Quaint Oak Bancorp appointed Ray S. Greenberg, CFP, to its board effective Sept. 9, 2026; his term runs through the 2029 annual meeting.
Greenberg has served on Quaint Oak Bank’s board since 2016 and previously was an advisory board member from May 2017 to Sept. 2026.
He owns Financial Expertise in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, provides financial planning services, and has held the CFP designation since 1990.
Greenberg also joined the company’s audit committee effective Sept. 9, 2026.
