BMW deal covers cockpit and automated-driving silicon
Qualcomm won a major BMW Group agreement to supply compute silicon for next-generation digital cockpit and ADAS/automated driving systems through the next decade.
The deal covers Snapdragon Digital Chassis, including Snapdragon Cockpit and Snapdragon Ride platforms, starting with model programs launching next decade.
BMW will use Qualcomm’s automotive SoCs, including the Snapdragon Elite automotive platform, alongside dedicated AI accelerators.
The partnership builds on prior commercialization of Snapdragon Ride Pilot in the BMW iX3, launched in November 2025.
