Quanta Services reported Q4 2025 results that exceeded consensus, driven by its Electric division and $1.7–1.9 billion of acquisitions. Stifel lifted its price target to $647 and raised 2026 revenue forecasts by $2 billion, citing robust organic awards, utility load growth and sustained M&A momentum.

1. Q4 2025 Results Exceed Expectations

Quanta Services delivered fourth-quarter revenue and adjusted EPS ahead of estimates, led by strong performance in its Electric division. The surplus was bolstered by integration of recent acquisitions and higher-than-anticipated organic project awards.

2. Price Target Increase and Forecast Revision

On February 23, Stifel raised its price target from $517 to $647, reflecting confidence in Quanta's growth trajectory. The firm also boosted its 2026 revenue projection by roughly $2 billion and lifted adjusted EPS forecasts by $0.62 at the midpoint.

3. Strategic Acquisitions Strengthen Portfolio

During Q4, Quanta closed acquisitions of Tri-City (internal electric work), Wilson (delivery and distribution) and Billings (helicopter operations), contributing $1.7–1.9 billion in incremental revenue. These deals expand the company’s execution capabilities across key utility segments.

4. Positive Industry Trends Support Outlook

Management cited rising utility load growth, expanding combined-cycle gas turbine deployments and sustained M&A activity as drivers for future contract awards. Elevated organic awards in early 2026 underpin an encouraging growth outlook for the year.
