Quanterix launches PhenoCode 2.0 molecular barcoding kit for spatial biology assays
QTRX•QTRX•QTRX•QTRX•Quanterix moved its PhenoCode 2.0 Molecular Barcoding Kit from early access to full commercial release, enabling researchers to barcode antibodies for high-plex assays. Two PhenoCycler-Fusion spike-in modules compatible with the IO60 panel are confirmed for shipment in Q4 2026.
Quanterix said at ESSB 2026 that its PhenoCode 2.0 Molecular Barcoding Kit has moved from early access to full commercial release. The kit enables researchers to barcode antibodies for high-plex assays.
Two PhenoCycler-Fusion spike-in modules compatible with the IO60 panel are confirmed for shipment in Q4 2026. They include a TIME panel for broader tumor immune microenvironment profiling and a high-plex ADC panel combining ADC targets with immune context. Accelerator Laboratory Services has begun taking requests for custom ADC panel development, spanning discovery through clinical trial testing under CLIA, GCLP and ISO 15189.
