Quantum Immobilien acquired a residential property in Berlin-Friedrichshain for an institutional investor under a segregated mandate.
The asset, completed in 2018, includes 67 privately financed apartments, a day nursery, and roughly 6,900 sq m of lettable area.
The transaction was structured as an asset deal, and the purchase price was not disclosed.
