3. unbuzzd Commercialization and Royalty Structure
unbuzzd is Quantum’s commercial alcohol metabolism product sold in the U.S. under a royalty agreement that yields 7% of sales until $250 million is paid, dropping to 3% thereafter. Quantum retains a 19.84% equity stake in the spin-out company driving these royalties.
