1. Aggregate Financing Raise
Quantum Cyber secured over $15 million in aggregate financing from investors, strengthening its balance sheet and providing capital for next-stage growth. The financing removes reliance on debt and underscores investor confidence in the autonomous defense platform.
2. Allocation of Funds
Net proceeds will fund expansion of research and development capabilities, build out the commercialization team, and support strategic acquisitions, including finalizing existing pipeline deals to accelerate product development across the company's autonomous defense solutions.
3. Debt-Free Capital Structure
Following the financing, Quantum Cyber's capitalization table is entirely debt-free, reducing financial risk and improving flexibility for future initiatives and potential M&A activities.
