According to the company, an Aug. 14 email from Gefvert offered to stop publishing on QUCY if the lawsuit is dropped and threatened to publish a second report.

Quantum Cyber says it will continue defamation case

Quantum Cyber said it will proceed with its USD 5.69 million defamation lawsuit filed on Aug. 10 in New York state court against White Diamond Research, Adam Gefvert and Stocktwits.

The company said it will reject any withdrawal of the case and submit an email from Gefvert as evidence in the litigation record.
