Patel will run global accounting, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, internal controls, tax-related functions.
She previously served as chief accounting officer at Pep Boys.
Earlier roles include vice president and controller at IKEA Retail, senior director of accounting at Verifone Systems, assurance senior manager at Ernst & Young.
