Over his 25-year career, Sisitsky has held senior legal roles at STAAR Surgical, NuVasive and CareFusion, guiding global compliance and corporate governance during major transitions. He began at WilmerHale and later served at American Tower, and holds a JD from NYU School of Law and a BA from Emory University.
