Quince Therapeutics appoints Brigette Roberts CEO in management overhaul
QNCX•Quince Therapeutics named Brigette Roberts CEO, John Militello CFO and Keith R. Fandrick COO. CEO and CMO Dirk Thye and COO, CBO and chief compliance officer Brendan Hannah resigned, and the board added four members.
1. Leadership changes
Quince Therapeutics named Brigette Roberts CEO; she previously led Orphai Therapeutics and served on Quince’s board. John Militello was appointed CFO, and Keith R. Fandrick was named COO. Thye resigned as CEO and CMO, while Hannah resigned as COO, CBO and chief compliance officer.
2. Board additions
The board added Catherine Bonuccelli, Leone Patterson, James Valentine and Drayton Wise. Their backgrounds span respiratory drug development, biotech finance, FDA strategy and commercialization.
