Quince Therapeutics flags Nasdaq noncompliance after stockholders’ equity falls to ($35.32 million)

Quince Therapeutics said it received a Nasdaq notice on Aug. 31, 2026, for failing the exchange’s $10 million minimum stockholders’ equity rule.
The company said stockholders’ equity was negative $35.32 million in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Shares continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under QNCX with no immediate impact.
Quince said it must submit a compliance plan by Oct. 15, 2026. Nasdaq may extend the cure period to Feb. 27, 2027.
The company is weighing options, including a proposed name change to IRulya Therapeutics with a planned move to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
