John Militello was conditionally named CFO; he joined Orphai as head of finance in July 2026, previously holding senior finance roles at Rocket Pharmaceuticals.
Keith Fandrick was conditionally named COO; he has led technical operations since the acquisition, previously serving as Orphai’s COO.
