Quoin Pharmaceuticals priced a private placement to raise up to $50 million, including $30.8 million upfront.
The sale covers 6,305,300 ADSs or pre-funded warrants at $4.88 per ADS, each with an accompanying ordinary warrant.
Use of proceeds and timing
Closing is expected around Aug. 31, 2026. Proceeds are earmarked for operations, R&D, working capital, acquisitions, and capital spending.
Cash exercise of all warrants would extend the company’s funding runway into the second half of 2029.
Warrants and potential proceeds
Ordinary warrants cover 3,152,650 ADSs, priced at $6.10 per ADS, for up to $19.2 million in additional proceeds.
