FDA granted Fast Track designation to Quoin’s QRX003 for Peeling Skin Syndrome, a rare genetic skin disease with no approved treatment.
This marks the first Fast Track designation for any Peeling Skin Syndrome therapy; QRX003 previously received Fast Track for Netherton Syndrome in March 2026.
Quoin plans to start a Phase 2/3 trial in 2H 2026 and is targeting approval in 2028.
