Rackspace Technology said President of Public Cloud Dharmendra Kumar Sinha is expected to leave the role effective on or about Sept. 14, 2026.
The company said the departure was not tied to any disagreement over operations, policies, or practices.
Separation terms are being negotiated, with customary releases and restrictive covenants expected.
