Unit terms and use of proceeds
Each unit includes one Class A common share and one-half warrant exercisable for 60 months at C$1.39 per share.
Proceeds are earmarked for an advanced underground exploration program at the O’Brien Gold Project in Québec’s Abitibi region.
Agnico Eagle to subscribe for C$57.16 million placement
Radisson Mining Resources set a non-brokered private placement with Agnico Eagle for gross proceeds of C$57.16 million.
Agnico Eagle will buy 53,420,000 units at C$1.07 each, implying about 10.45% ownership post-closing on a non-diluted basis.
