• Shareholders backed the 2026 Incentive Plan, replacing the expired 2015 equity incentive plan.
• The plan authorizes issuance of up to 12,000,000 common shares for equity awards; authorization was granted, with no awards reported as issued.
• Investors ratified Haynie & Company as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
• Shareholders also approved the slate of five director nominees.
