Regional Health Properties Form 4 showed 10% owner Bradley Louis Radoff bought 11,811 common shares on April 13-22 at $1.29-$1.43.
- Radoff’s direct common stock position rose to 220,737 shares.
- Radoff’s Family Foundation bought 2,609 common shares in late April at about $1.4, then sold 5,100 shares in June at $1.06-$1.15.
- The foundation’s common stock holding fell to 105,900 shares.
- Radoff also bought 1,600 shares of Series D Preferred Stock on April 14-15 at $2.13-$2.2, lifting his holding to 171,263 shares.
