Rainier Acquisition shares, warrants begin separate Nasdaq trading Sept. 15 under RNAQ, RNAQW
Separate trading starts Sept. 15
Rainier Acquisition will allow holders to split its Nasdaq-listed units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants from Sept. 14, 2026.
Separate trading is set to start Sept. 15 on Nasdaq under RNAQ for shares and RNAQW for warrants.
Unseparated units will continue trading on Nasdaq under RNAQU.
Unit composition and warrant terms
Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share plus one-quarter of a redeemable warrant. Whole warrants carry an $11.50 exercise price.
