Rambus posted Q2 revenue of USD 207.4 million, up 20% year over year, with GAAP diluted EPS of USD 0.61.
- Product revenue rose 22% from a year earlier to USD 99.2 million, while royalties revenue climbed to USD 84.2 million.
- Non-GAAP diluted EPS increased to USD 0.77 from USD 0.62 a year earlier.
- Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled USD 824.9 million at June 30, 2026.
