Range Impact signs USD 626,000 AI platform services agreement with Vetted Portal

Range Impact signed a master services agreement with Vetted Portal on Aug. 17, 2026 to build a custom AI agent platform.

Layer 1 milestone fees total USD 626,000 gross; USD 576,000 net following milestone credits; go-live is targeted about six months post-signing.

The company issued a warrant for 500,000 common shares with a USD 0.76 exercise price and a five-year term. The warrant is exercisable only upon completion of milestone M5.

The warrant terminates if the agreement ends for Vetted Portal breach before vesting; it vests on termination for company breach.
