Raphael Pharmaceutical partners with AIcreatesAI in USD 180,000 annual managed AI services deal

Raphael Pharmaceutical entered a 12-month managed AI transformation partnership with AIcreatesAI, effective July 30, 2026.

Annual managed-services fee set at USD 180,000, paid in USD 15,000 monthly installments, with invoices deferrable when funds are unavailable.

Deferred amounts become payable upon financing, investment, commercial revenue, or other resources; share settlement possible with AIcreatesAI consent.

Agreement also contemplates a company-branded digital token platform, subject to board approval; AIcreatesAI to receive 2% of net profits.

Either party can terminate for uncured material breach after 15 days’ notice.
