New hire equity grants
Rapid Micro Biosystems granted 90,000 RSUs, issued under its Inducement Plan, to a newly hired employee on Aug. 3, 2026.
It also issued a non-qualified stock option for 170,000 shares with an exercise price of $2.12 per share.
