Rapid7 granted 290,626 restricted stock units (RSUs) to three newly hired employees, effective Sept. 15, 2026.
The awards vest over three years, with one-third vesting at the end of year one. The remaining two-thirds vest in equal quarterly installments through the third anniversary, subject to continued employment.
