Rare Element Resources announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on:

• The election of seven directors, including Kenneth J. Mushinski, Gerald W. Grandey, and Pamela L. Saxton.
• The appointment of Haynie & Company as independent registered public accounting firm.
• A non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation for the company’s named executive officers.
