Raymond James posted fiscal Q3 GAAP net income available to common shareholders of $595 million, up 37% year over year; diluted EPS rose 42% to $3.01.
Net revenues climbed 16% to $3.93 billion; pre-tax income increased 33% to $750 million, lifting pre-tax margin 2.5 percentage points to 19.1%.
Adjusted earnings and segment results
Adjusted (non-GAAP) net income available to common shareholders rose 38% to $620 million on $25 million of acquisition-related expenses, net of tax.
Capital Markets swung to pre-tax income of $48 million from a pre-tax loss; segment net revenues rose 25% to $477 million.
The Bank segment pre-tax income jumped 67% to $206 million; RJF repurchased of stock at an average .
