Raytech Holding reshuffled its board and finance leadership on Aug. 15, 2026, with an independent director appointment and a CFO change.
- Director Shihua Li resigned with immediate effect, stepping down as audit committee chair.
- Gen Zhao joined the board as an independent director, taking the audit committee chair role; he has been CFO of Trenda Group since March 2026.
- Chief Financial Officer Yee Hing Wan resigned with immediate effect.
- Songbin Yang was appointed CFO; he has been a GoFintech consultant since August 2026 and served as its CFO from January to July 2026.
