Raytech posted fiscal 2026 net income of HKD 16.69 million, more than doubled from a year earlier as revenue climbed 81.1% to HKD 142.63 million.
Operating income jumped 135.7% to HKD 18.03 million, while operating expenses rose to HKD 124.6 million.
Service income was HKD 44.19 million, or 31% of revenue, reflecting new contributions from Raytech Innovation and Worry free.
Balance sheet and subsequent events
Cash and cash equivalents were HKD 78.03 million at March 31, 2026, while accounts receivable rose to HKD 67.78 million and were later fully settled.
Subsequent to year-end, the group raised about USD 6.08 million in a June 2026 registered direct offering; Liu Haoyuan became chairman on April 15, 2026.
